What is VR?
VR stands for virtual reality and, in short, replaces the real environment with an animated world. The most important element here is the VR goggles, providing a display directly in front of the eyes to replace the field of vision and track head movements. In this way, the entire digitally generated environment can be explored by walking around or looking around. Headphones accompany the experience with audio elements.

On which days are you open?
Every day. We recommend to always book in advance, so you can experience YULLBE WUNDERLAND at your preferred time and without waiting times.

How long are the experiences?
The YULLBE GO-experiences last 10 min. and the YULLBE PRO-adventures 30 min. Also, plan a few minutes for putting on and taking off the equipment.
From what age is it suitable?
The 10- and 30-minute experiences are suitable for children aged 8 and over.
For the 10-minute YULLBE WUNDERLAND GO experiences, everyone can choose their own experience directly on site, with Ed & Edda, also offering an adventure especially for children.
Can I wear glasses?
We recommend to use contact lenses, because we can not guarantee that the glasses will fit under the headset and in that case it can only be experienced without glasses.
Normal sized glasses are usually not a problem. With varifocals, you have to look through the distance part of the glasses, even if the glasses are very close.
Is YULLBE suitable for people in wheelchairs?
At the moment, unfortunately, no. We hope to make this possible in the future. Unfortunately, barrier-free access to the foyer is currently not yet available.
In which languages can I experience YULLBE WUNDERLAND?
The language of the experience can be selected on site. German, English and French are possible.

What does it cost?
Individual tickets cost 12,00 € for YULLBE GO and 29,00 € for YULLBE PRO.
There are also inexpensive combination tickets that include a visit to Miniatur Wunderland.

Can I change or return my ticket?
Tickets can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. After that, rebooking is no longer possible. Tickets are not refundable.

Are there vouchers to buy?
Vouchers for YULLBE and also combination vouchers incl. Miniatur Wunderland are available in our online store. The vouchers will be sent by mail. The recipient can then choose a date for his experience himself.

Do I have to buy the ticket in advance?
We always recommend booking an online ticket in advance, as we have limited visitor capacity available per time slot. For spontaneous visits, tickets can also be booked on site, but then there may be waiting times.

We are a group of 7 people or more. Can we have the adventure together?
In the YULLBE PRO group experience, the number of players is technically limited to a maximum of 6 people. A larger group would need to be split up so that two smaller groups would have their Experiences right after each other.

Do I have to bring a printed copy of my ticket?
No, you do not need to bring your online ticket as a printout. Showing the ticket on the smartphone is sufficient.
When should I arrive?
Please be there about 10 minutes before the start of the experience. So there is still enough time to safely stow jackets in the lockers, put on the YULLBE WUNDERLAND equipment and have our staff explain it to you.
What happens if I am late?
Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before the adventure begins. In case of a late arrival we unfortunately cannot promise an immediate start, our staff will check the next possible start time on site.
You can reschedule your ticket up to 24 hours before the start time. Later rebooking of the ticket is not possible.

In what sizes is the equipment available?
The equipment is adjustable for any body size. For YULLBE WUNDERLAND PRO a minimum height of 130 cm is required.
Can I wear glasses?
We recommend using contact lenses, as we cannot guarantee that the glasses will fit under the headset. In that case, participation is only possible without your own glasses.
What clothes are suitable?
Sturdy shoes are ideal (no flip-flops etc.). Otherwise, ideally you should not wear a dress.

Currently, there are no official Covid restrictions anymore. However, since we are often packed, distances no longer apply, and there is a real “closeness” again like before, we strongly RECOMMEND wearing a medical mask, but leave the decision up to each person.
